Residential Substance Abuse Treatment
Gateway House for Women offers no outpatient program besides aftercare services and family therapy to ensure a stable recovery. However, they have an inpatient residential substance abuse program based on individual recovery plans.
Women who are suffering from drug addiction and alcoholism will receive care in the form of culturally competent educational and counseling services and trauma informed therapy sessions. They also receive structured daily activities, regular physical exercise, professional individual counseling, and an introduction and help with regular 12 step program meeting attendance.
The residential program aims to offer a “home like” environment, and women are taught that there is life after recovery. Gateway House for Women provides a wide array of tools to succeed after attending this rehab, and they leave with a valuable foundation that helps them lead a sober life.
