Harbor House Program offers drug and alcohol rehab services for adults in San Francisco, California. As part of the Salvation Army, Harbor House offers a range of addiction treatment services and resources, including intensive outpatient programs, residential treatment, advocacy, employment services, parenting classes, and housing.
Treatment at the Harbor House Program begins with a mental health assessment to screen for symptoms of addiction or co-occurring mental health disorders. Other services include the following:
Inpatient addiction treatment programs rely on evidence-based practices to treat addiction and mental health conditions. They offer programs for adults and veterans over 18.
Adults attend individual and group treatment sessions for improved coping skills, peer support, and recovery support. Sessions are held 3-4 days a week and are available to adults and veterans over 18.
Many major insurers, such as BlueCross BlueShield, Cigna, United Healthcare, and others, cover some or all of the costs of mental health and/or addiction recovery services when deemed medically necessary.
