About IBH Addiction Recovery – Akron

IBH Addiction Recovery, situated on 85 acres in Akron, Ohio, provides alcohol and drug rehab for adult men and women. They offer residential, outpatient, day and aftercare programs as well as recovery housing and MAT treatments.

Residential treatment provides 24/7 staff support and over 30 hours/week of services focusing on the eight dimensions of wellness — Emotional, Environmental, Financial, Intellectual, Occupational, Physical, Social, and Spiritual. Services include individual and group counseling, educational programming, and MAT. Counseling sessions are led by licensed counselors. A psychiatrist is available for those who have a co-occuring disorder.

IBH Addiction Recovery offers support groups, individual and group counseling, relapse prevention skills and drug and alcohol abuse education. Outpatient programs allow clients to access treatment while continuing to work, attend school and live at home. The Intensive Outpatient Program consists of 9+ hours/week of treatment.

Their REACH Program provides clients with a variety of peer-based supports that reinforce values learned during treatment and a sense of community. In addition, they offer local volunteer experiences and spiritual support groups.
