About Kaiser Permanente – Chemical Dependency – San Rafael
Located in San Rafael, California, Kaiser Permanente – Chemical Dependency provides dual diagnosis and alcohol and drug rehab services to men and women seeking recovery. This program offers outpatient treatment. If needed, clients may also be referred to their psychiatric program.
Outpatient care includes individual therapy, group therapy, family therapy, couples counseling, and more. Clients will be given a personalized treatment plan that looks at their areas of challenges, along with their strengths. Addiction treatment, recovery planning, self-help groups, peer-support groups, and traditional mental health counseling are provided.
