About Leo C. Chase Jr VA Clinic – St. Augustine
Formerly the St. Augustine Outpatient Clinic, this VA clinic was renamed the Leo C. Chase Jr VA Clinic in 2020. Situated on the southern outskirts of St. Augustine, Florida, this is a comprehensive care clinic that supports veterans and their families as they work through behavioral, mental and medical health struggles. There’s also treatment for drug, alcohol and opioid use disorders.
This clinic offers care in an outpatient setting. There are accessible services here including transportation support that will help you get to and from the clinic as well as telehealth support so that you can receive care even if you have a busy schedule.
There’s a dedicated drug and alcohol treatment and rehabilitation department here at the Leo C. Chase VA Clinic. You don’t need a referral to receive services here, and you can even walk in during operating hours to be seen by a health professional.
