About Life Changers Outreach – Ohio Center – Streetsboro
The residential program offers around-the-clock care. This is a non-medicated program that uses the Word of God and a Christian approach to transformation for men in need of recovery. Clients learn how to focus their attention on their faith and use it to transform their addictive tendencies. The program relies heavily on the power of ministry and encourages men to become disciples of Jesus Christ. Life-skills training, learning how to live a life of discipline, and connection with others in recovery are cornerstones of this program.
As a person moves through the residential treatment program, they will eventually need to step down their level of care into an outpatient format that allows for greater flexibility and the ability to return home. Ongoing counseling, participation in faith-based organizations, and support through being of service are encouraged.
