The National Council on Alcoholism and Drug Dependence Greater Detroit Area (NCADD-GDA) – Vantage Point West provides co-occurring mental health and substance use prevention, education, training, treatment, and advocacy. NCADD-GDA – Vantage Point West is located in Detroit, Michigan.
