At New Life Treatment Center, you’ll have a program based on the 12 step principles. This method helps you learn more accountability for your sobriety and allows you to have a support network of like-minded people sharing the goal of long-term sobriety.

Individual substance use counseling can help you find the root causes of your addiction and assist with efforts to change negative thoughts and behaviors to those conducive to a life of sobriety. You may develop healthier coping strategies, recognize substance use triggers, and work on relapse prevention methods for the future.

Family counseling and education is available. These sessions can be helpful for bringing loved ones together and providing more support for continued recovery care.
