Northeastern Counseling Center is located in Duchesne, Utah. This is a counseling facility that provides a range of comprehensive support and services for adults and adolescents. You’ll work with dedicated and experienced counselors who will help you navigate your mental health and addiction struggles Counseling happens in an outpatient setting. There are also emergency 24/7 services if you are experiencing a mental health crisis. They accept policies from most major insurance providers including Utah Medicaid.
The counseling services here are rooted in evidence-based practices. Before you begin treatment, you’ll meet with a multidisciplinary team of professionals. An individualized treatment plan will be created for you. This treatment plan will target your specific mental health and addiction challenges. Treatment plans are flexible and follow a collaborative approach.
