About Recovery Centers of America – Bracebridge Hall – Earleville

Bracebridge Hall is an inpatient facility located in Earleville, Maryland under the umbrella of Recovery Centers of America. It’s on 560 acres with a view of the Sassafras River. They offer substance use disorder (SUD) treatment and mental health treatment for co-occurring disorders.
They accept and are in network with most major insurance plans. Even if they’re not in your network, they’ll work with you to get the most out of your plan.

They offer some scholarships based on availability and need. If there aren’t any scholarships available and you don’t have insurance then they’ll work with you to come up with an alternative payment option.

The RESCU program (Resilience, Empowerment, Safety, and Care for our Uniformed Heroes) for military and first responders is also available at this location. RESCUE helps with work-related trauma and addresses difficulties such as a drinking culture within the ranks. You’ll be in a separate part of the facility but you can choose to participate with the regular groups, too.

When you’re first admitted, you’ll have an assessment to determine the level of care most appropriate for your substance use. The center has a supervised detox. You’ll receive medications to help you through substance withdrawal, if necessary. You’ll be monitored throughout the process to avoid any uncomfortable or life threatening withdrawal symptoms.

In the inpatient program, you’ll have group and individual therapy sessions. You may have medication assisted treatment (MAT) for your addiction or mental health issues. They’ll encourage you to attend 12 Step meetings and other support groups.

There’s a partial hospitalization program (PHP), an intensive outpatient program (IOP), and a telehealth option. The PHP is Monday through Friday during the day. Many patients attend the PHP after finishing their inpatient program.

You can attend the IOP during the day or evening a few times per week. If you have a job, this program can help you get the support you need while still maintaining your employment. In all the programs, you’ll have individual and group therapy as well as MAT if appropriate.

Several former clients have good things to say about the center. They specifically mention that the center changed them and saved their lives.
