About Rescue Mission of Utica: Addictions Crisis Center – Utica
The Rescue Mission of Utica is an addiction stabilization center that helps youth and adults who’re struggling with alcohol and drug addictions. They do this with their medication assisted treatment program that helps you detox from drugs or alcohol in a safe manner without the dangers of withdrawal symptoms and the discomfort and frustrations of intense cravings. They’re located in Utica, New York.
They’re a non-profit organization and a Christ-centered clinic that prioritizes spreading the Good News.
Their residential program offers 25 beds in one unit for adults who require round-the-clock care during their recovery. They also offer a variety of services. These can include individual and group counseling, family support services, faith-based support, medication education, spiritual counseling upon request, and access to peer support groups and AA or NA groups. They even provide food, personal hygiene items, clothing, and of course, safe shelter.
As you can see, there is a lot to benefit from here and I was very impressed with the number of offerings they have. If you’re okay with it being a Christian-based clinic, you should definitely look more into their services.
