San Antonio Men’s Rehab, administered by Adult & Teen Challenge of Texas, is a faith based recovery program in San Antonio, Texas. Their residential and discipleship addiction program focuses on helping adult men develop spiritual growth and succeed in recovery.

One incredible feature I noticed is that their program is affordable. Besides an induction fee, admission and tuition are free for the first two treatment phases. After you start employment in phase three of their program, they charge for tuition. This payment schedule can help you focus solely on getting your life on track in the early stages of recovery.

Their 12 month program combines Christian principles and a work study program to support you in recovery. As you live on campus, you’ll participate in parenting classes, individual and group biblical counseling, vocational training, substance education, relapse prevention training and more.

Another standout feature is their staff. Many of their employees are alumni of their program. I think this is a great approach because you’ll have support from peers with lived recovery experiences. Additionally, they have a personal understanding of the program. You’ll benefit from their guidance because they can resonate with your situation.
