About Sun Ray Court – Spokane
Sun Ray Court, operated by New Horizon Care Centers, is a men’s residential treatment program located in Spokane, Washington. Clients in the program will receive a broad range of services including case management and intensive inpatient treatment. The facility accepts payment through Medicaid and some private insurance.
During your time at Sun Ray Court, you will have a primary counselor assigned to you to help with your treatment needs and goals. The counselor will be able to assist you with accessing transportation, health care services and legal advocacy.
Along with helping you get the resources you need, they’ll work with you on skill building in relationships and stress management. Evidence based treatments such as cognitive behavioral therapy and dialectical behavioral therapy may be used to guide you in your healing.
When you complete your treatment at Sun Ray Court, the staff wants to ensure you’ll continue to maintain your sobriety. The facility can refer you to clean and sober housing so that way you’ll still be in an environment that allows you to focus on living a sober lifestyle. You can also get referrals to outpatient counseling and other community resources that will support your long term recovery.
One of the great things about this facility is it’s not far from multiple parks where you can achieve healing through relaxing in nature. Edwidge Woldson Park is just steps away with multiple trails and a nice view of the Spokane skyline.
