The transitional housing program provides residential level monitoring to Dane County residents age 18 and older who have a documented substance use disorder. You’ll stay in your own bedroom and receive three meals a day. Staff members will provide medical support, connect you to employment resources and provide housing referrals.
Tellurian’s Dane County Care Center is a community based residential facility where clients stay for three to five days on average. It’s designed to help individuals in crisis, providing 24 hour support and supervision. The staff can treat various mental health issues that can cause addiction or relapse, such as PTSD, depression and anxiety.
