The Morton Center in Louisville, Kentucky, is an organization that provides substance use disorder treatment. Their philosophy for treatment is healing the whole person rather than just the addiction. They use evidence based practices and also use the 12 Step model of recovery. The facility offers an intensive outpatient program (IOP), an adult evaluation program and a recovery group for individuals who’ve completed a treatment program. I like that this organization also provides specialized addiction treatment services for adolescents and children. Clients can choose to set up an appointment or walk in to get an assessment and start setting up a treatment plan.
The Adult Evaluation Program is for individuals who are questioning their use of drugs and alcohol.
