About The Rose House – Addiction & Mental Health Treatment Center – Lafayette
You’ll find The Rose House – Addiction & Mental Health Treatment Center in Lafayette, Colorado, about 20 minutes outside of Boulder. Since 2007, this boutique residential facility has provided addiction, trauma and mental health care for adult women. You’ll benefit from a tight knit environment away from distractions to focus solely on recovery.
With their residential program, you live on campus and receive continuous care. Their 16 bed facility provides a stable environment to reach recovery while connecting with others on similar paths. You can access extended care with an expert backed, holistic approach.
For me, their impressive campus really stood out. Situated on four acres overlooking the stunning Boulder Flatirons, Rose House offers a private space for reflection and healing. You can also access exclusive amenities including a pool, a horse barn, a walking path, a gym, a back deck and a front garden. You’ll benefit from a tranquil atmosphere with a strong sense of community.
I also think it’s great that they treat process addictions. Compulsive behaviors, like over exercising, disordered eating, sex and love addiction, gambling and shopping are often overlooked. Still, these addictions can be just as harmful as drugs and alcohol. You’ll benefit from an integrated, trauma informed approach that prioritizes your unique needs to sustain recovery.
Lastly, I think their holistic approach is fantastic. They understand that sobriety is often just one part of reaching recovery. You can participate in whole person approaches to heal your mind, body and soul. Experiential therapies, 12 Step programming, a fitness program and peer support are available. These interventions can help you improve other essential life aspects to promote long term recovery.
