Townhall II offers an impressive array of addiction treatment options for anyone aged 12 and older in Kent, Ohio. Offering both residential and outpatient services, you can find a level of care that suits your needs. Both cover addiction and mental health issues simultaneously, also known as dual diagnosis centers. They also treat opioid addiction by offering medication assisted treatment in the form of Suboxone, Naltrexone, Vivitrol, and nicotine patches.

Their residential program, called Horizon House, features 14 beds and round-the-clock care. This specific program is for women with substance use disorders. They apply trauma-informed care to their approach in order to treat those with more sensitive backgrounds. The program offers individual counseling, group counseling, and case management. Women who are pregnant or with kids may still receive care at their facility.

Their outpatient program also offers individual counseling and group therapy, and the counselors who will be treating you or your loved one have, on average, 20 years of experience. I think this is a comforting statistic to consider when choosing the right treatment center for you.

12-Step

Aftercare Support

This can include sober living arrangements like halfway houses, career counseling, and setting a patient up with community programs like Alcoholics Anonymous (AA) or Narcotics Anonymous (NA).

Inpatient

Residential treatment programs are those that offer housing and meals in addition to substance abuse treatment. Rehab facilities that offer residential treatment allow patients to focus solely on recovery, in an environment totally separate from their lives. Some rehab centers specialize in short-term residential treatment (a few days to a week or two), while others solely provide treatment on a long-term basis (several weeks to months). Outpatient is not meant to be the starting point, it is commonly referred to as aftercare.
