The Union of Pan Asian Communities (UPAC) office on Lexington Ave in El Cajon, California, provides outpatient mental health and wellness services to Chaldean, Iraqi, African American, Latinx, Somali, and Filipino adults aged 60 and older.
The senior support program, EMASS, offers services such as health education, individual and group counseling, life skills training, early intervention for mental health challenges, and more.
