About Unison Health – Toledo
Unison Health is a comprehensive behavioral health and substance abuse treatment facility in Toledo, Ohio, with four other locations throughout the state. Unison Health strives to deliver care to clients regardless of background or financial standing and has programs for underinsured or uninsured clients. They serve adults, teens, and child clients.
Unison Health provides clients with individualized treatment plans that stabilize and treat underlying conditions and support ongoing recovery following program completion. Services offered include:
This is a form of outpatient detox ideal for those with mild symptoms. Visit the facility daily to undergo detox with additional support from medical staff. Detox may be required before moving on to another level of care.
During this program, clients reside on campus, a secure environment constantly monitored by staff. Clients have their basic needs met during their stay while participating in a structured therapeutic and recovery activities schedule. Following completion of inpatient treatment, clients may transition into a lower level of care.
During outpatient treatment, clients regularly visit the treatment center while continuing to live at home. This lower level of care is best for those who have previously compelled a higher level of care or are otherwise stable.
MAT is the use of approved prescription medication to help clients cope with withdrawal symptoms and cravings. If an assessment determines that MAT is appropriate, receiving clients will be closely monitored to ensure safety.
