United Counseling Service also has a free and anonymous syringe exchange program that is open for walk-ins on Mondays from 12 to 3, with mobile delivery available on Fridays from 12 to 3. They also offer several resources for harm reduction such as fentanyl test strips and Narcan. The clinic also maintains strong relationships with the community and works with several self-help organizations like Alcoholics Anonymous (AA), Narcotics Anonymous (NA) and AIDS Project of Southern Vermont.
