This program works to help you build your ability to be independent. Other resources you’ll have with this program include employment support, nutrition training and independent skills living. Transportation assistance is also available.
While enrolled in this program you’ll have access to the Continuum of Care Housing Program as well. This is a residential treatment program that has 34 units to house families who are currently homeless.
