The Whiteside Manor Men’s Program is a residential drug and alcohol rehab in Riverside, California. The entire program, and not just the residence, is separated by gender. You can choose a stay of 30, 60 or 90 days depending on what’s right for you. They’re capable of detoxing, and they use and allow medications for opioid use disorder when it’s indicated. They’re happy to work with people who also have mental health issues.
They emphasize a healthy lifestyle at this rehab. They have a voluntary bootcamp track that you can participate in at no extra charge. This program has you training for one hour a day, four days a week with a certified trainer. But even if you don’t want to do the bootcamp, you still have access to their fitness equipment and outdoor activities.
Another way they put an emphasis on your health is in the food they serve. Residents get served vegetarian, heart healthy meals. They employ a chef who oversees their kitchen and meal preparation.
Once you have finished the program, they have alumni groups where you can continue to find support. They don’t charge extra for these.
They take most commercial insurance, but you will want to check with your plan ahead of time to make sure you know how much of your stay will be covered. They also take major credit cards.
