Individuals can participate in an 8 hour interactive class that will include instructional material, films and group activities about substance abuse. The substance abuse education class is state licensed and meets the requirements necessary for court ordered substance abuse prevention classes.
The goal of this program is to help you make healthier choices and have a better understanding of addiction. The topics that will be discussed include risk factors, effects of substance use on the brain and relapse prevention strategies.
